JOHANNESBURG - The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) in Tshwane have rejected claims that they are implicated in alleged tender fraud. Evidence presented before the Madlanga Commission has linked the EFF and ActionSA to alleged tender manipulation in the city. Police officer Fannie Nkosi testified before the commission that Tshwane Metro Police Department (TMPD) deputy chief Umashi Dhlamini compiled a list of seven preferred companies for a contract. But EFF Tshwane caucus leader, Obakeng Ramabodu, disputed these claims, saying there is no leader of the EFF who has sent a list to anyone.
