STEINKOPF - Sixty-three Khoi and San ancestral human remains will be reburied in Steinkopf in the Northern Cape.
President Cyril  Ramaphosa will officiate at Monday's reburial ceremony.
The remains have been repatriated over successive periods from museums in Europe.
The Presidency said they are a small group of thousands of illegally removed remains of indigenous people centuries ago.

After they were illegally dug from their graves, the remains would be traded or donated to newly established museums and universities across Europe.
The Presidency said the repatriation programme forms part of government's commitment to honour those who sacrificed their lives for freedom.
It said the reburial is deeply significant and resonates with the commemorative spirit of Human Rights Month.
